Welcome to Somatic Waves Healing. By accessing this website or booking a session with Bianca Lagercrantz, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with any services or offerings.

1. Services Offered

Somatic Waves Healing provides holistic services including Spinal Flow, Breathwork, Angelic Energy Healing, and somatic wellness practices. These services are designed to support well-being, relaxation, and energetic balance, and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

Sessions are offered by appointment only. Once availability opens, bookings will be confirmed via email.

  • Cancellation policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being charged, at the discretion of the practitioner.

3. Payments

Payments are required in full to secure your session booking for any of the following services:

  • Breathwork sessions

  • Energy Healing

  • Other offerings (e.g., workshops or digital products)

These services are facilitated by a fully certified practitioner.

Note: Spinal Flow Technique sessions are currently being offered on a free or donation basis as part of the practitioner certification process. Paid Spinal Flow sessions will become available once certification is complete.

Payment details will be provided upon booking. Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, or other secure processors.

Introductory rates and offers may be offered for a limited time.

4. Client Responsibility

All sessions are participatory and by personal choice. You agree to:

  • Communicate openly about your current health and needs

  • Take full responsibility for your personal well-being during and after sessions

  • Inform the practitioner of any medical conditions or sensitivities before the session begins

If you are under medical or psychiatric care, please consult your healthcare provider before booking.

5. Disclaimers

Somatic Waves Healing does not claim to cure or diagnose any physical or mental health conditions. Services are complementary and intended to support your overall well-being.

Bianca Lagercrantz is not a licensed medical professional, and services are offered from a trauma-informed and holistic perspective.

6. Content Ownership

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and media, is the intellectual property of Somatic Waves Healing and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Somatic Waves Healing is not liable for any damages or loss arising from the use of this website, services, or related content. By booking a session, you accept full responsibility for your experience.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be handled within the Irish legal system.

10. Digital Products

Somatic Waves Healing may offer downloadable digital products in the future, such as guided meditations, breathwork recordings, e-books, and workbooks.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to:

  • Use the content for personal, non-commercial use only

  • Refrain from distributing, reselling, or altering the content

  • Ensure that downloads are not shared with others without written permission

All digital product sales are final unless otherwise stated. No refunds will be given once the product has been delivered.

11. Online Workshops & Group Events

Future online or in-person workshops, group sessions, and ceremonial events may be offered under Somatic Waves Healing.

By booking a workshop or event, you agree to:

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants

  • Follow the cancellation and attendance policy outlined at the time of booking

  • Understand that energetic or emotional experiences may arise and are your own responsibility to integrate (integration support may be offered as part of the program)

Somatic Waves Healing reserves the right to decline participation if a session is deemed unsuitable for someone’s current well-being.

12. Email-Based Content & Subscriptions

Subscribers to the Somatic Waves Healing email list may receive:

  • Newsletters and updates

  • Early access to offerings

  • Discount codes or promotions

  • Invitations to community events or launches
