Unlocking the Power of
Your Breath
Conscious breathing can shift your state, calm your mind, and awaken your life force. Begin your breathwork journey today

Awaken Your Breath,
Awaken Your Life
Your Breath is more than air, it is the gateway to unlocking deep healing, clarity, and transformation. With each conscious inhale and exhale, you open the doorway to expanded awareness, inner peace, and a renewed sense of vitality.
In my Breathwork Sessions, I will guide you through Conscious Connected Breathing, a powerful practice rooted in my training as a Shamanic Breathwork practitioner. This immersive journey blends ancient wisdom with modern somatic techniques, helping you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true essence. While I do not claim the title of Shaman, my training was guided by a practitioner of the Quechuan tradition, and I hold deep reverence for these teachings.
Experience what it feels like to breathe fully, freely, and with intention, to awaken energy, quiet the mind, and return home to yourself. Are you ready to feel truly alive?
What is Shamanic Breathwork?
A Blend of Ancient Wisdom & Modern Science
This practice allows for deep emotional release and altered states of awareness. It meets each person exactly where they are, offering a safe space to access the subconscious, move through emotional blockages, and gain clarity on personal or spiritual matters. Shamanic Breathwork has the ability to open inner doorways, helping us to step into greater self-awareness, creativity, and connection.
Through rhythmic breathing, music, and somatic movement, we create a journey that is unique to each individual.

Group Journeys
Group sessions offer a collective energy experience, allowing participants to breathe together in a safe, immersive space. These sessions often follow an intentional theme and last approximately 75 minutes, combining grounding practices, guided breathing, music, and integration meditation.
No two experiences are ever the same, some may be profound and deeply moving, while others may be subtle and gentle. I invite you to fully surrender to what unfolds, trusting that your body knows what it needs at this moment.
Private Journeys
A private session is tailored to your individual needs and includes breathwork with elements of somatic movement, meditation, and energy healing. After a consultation, I will create a session designed to help you reconnect with yourself and integrate the practice in a meaningful way.
Private sessions are perfect if you are working through specific emotional blocks, stress, trauma, or personal transformation goals and would like a customized approach.

No prior experience is necessary! Breathwork is for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or have practiced before. I will guide you through each step of the session.
-
It's best to practice breathwork on a light or empty stomach. If you need to eat, opt for something small and easily digestible at least an hour before the session.
-
For in-person sessions, bring a yoga mat, blanket, water, an eye mask, and a small pillow (if desired). Wear comfortable clothing that allows for deep breathing.
If joining online, set up a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Make sure you have a blanket, water, eye mask (if desired)
I also recommend to bring a journal in order to reflect on your experience and take down any insights that might have come up for you. -
Each experience is unique. Some people feel deep relaxation, while others may have emotional releases, visions, or heightened sensations in their body. Some feel energized afterward, while others feel calm and grounded. There is no right or wrong experience, it’s about trusting your process.
-
Mild dizziness can happen as oxygen and CO2 levels shift. If you ever feel too lightheaded, you can slow your breathing or return to normal breaths until you feel stable.
-
It’s completely normal to experience strong emotions or physical sensations. If needed, you can slow down your breathing, return to normal breaths, or take a break. You will always be in control of your experience.
-
Yes! Breathwork can release stored emotions, and crying, shaking, tingling, or laughing can happen. This is your body processing and healing, allow yourself to surrender to the experience.
-
While both can bring deep relaxation and awareness, breathwork is a more active practice that engages the body and nervous system. It can lead to profound emotional and energetic shifts, whereas meditation often focuses on stillness and observation.
-
This depends on your goals! Some people benefit from monthly sessions, while others practice breathwork once or a few times per week for deeper self-exploration.
It is also important to make sure you are integrating your experience after a breathwork journey. -
After breathwork, you may feel deeply relaxed, reflective, or energized. It’s important to allow space for integration over the next following days.
Drink plenty of water, ground yourself, Journaling, resting, or taking a gentle walk can help process the experience. You might also experience more vivid dreams and sometimes past memories might surface.
I wrote about the Importance of Integration here.*
I also share an integration workbook with al my participants. -
Breath retention is used to enhance oxygen efficiency, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and deepen the meditative state. Holding the breath after an inhale or exhale can increase circulation, release tension, and guide you into altered states of consciousness. However, it should always be practiced within your comfort level and never forced. Please note, that certain medical conditions should not be practicing breath retentions, and please consult with your medical provided before participating.
Before you join a breathwork session with me you will receive a disclaimer and waiver with more information. But please reach out to me with any questions you may have. -
Holding after an inhale (full breath retention) increases oxygen levels, enhances energy, and can create an expansive, uplifting sensation.
Holding after an exhale (empty breath retention) helps to calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and activate deep relaxation
Some breathwork styles incorporate both to balance energy and deepen awareness. If retention feels uncomfortable, you can soften the hold or breathe normally at any time, it’s about listening to your body.

Yes, breathwork can be incredibly supportive for anxiety, stress relief, and emotional healing, but with a trauma-informed approach. Breathwork can bring strong emotions or past experiences to the surface, so it’s important to move at a gentle pace and work with a practitioner who can support nervous system regulation and grounding techniques.
If you have a history of PTSD, panic attacks, or dissociation, I recommend starting with daily breathing techniques and incorporating somatic grounding alongside your practice.
I also highly recommend that you have "safe-resources" when starting to unlock and work with your trauma release.Breathwork is not intended to replace physical or psychological healing. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before joining!
Feel free to reach out to discuss an approach that best suits your needs.
-
Breathwork is not recommended for those with:
- Severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., uncontrolled high blood pressure, history of heart attacks, angina)
- Epilepsy or a history of seizures
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment (increased intraocular pressure can be a concern)
- Pregnancy (unless modified for safety – gentle breathwork can be adapted)
- History of fainting or dizziness (syncope)
- Severe asthma or respiratory disorders (unless working with modifications)
- Recent major surgeries or injuries that may be affected by deep breathing or movement
- Severe anxiety, panic disorder, PTSD, or trauma history (unless working with a trauma-informed approach)
If you have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before joining. Please note you are also required to sign a waiver when joining any of our sessions.
