The Prologue - Stepping Through the Portal

Still Flowing.

As I sit here in the hotel lobby, waiting for the time to pass before heading to the airport, I can still feel my Life Force Energy pulsating through me, the Spinal Flow.

It’s a sensation that’s hard to describe. Imagine lying on a lilo, gently rising and falling with the rhythm of the ocean beneath you. Except you're not physically moving, it’s your energy that’s flowing. Moving through you. Moving as you.

What Happens After the Shift?

When the 7-day Spinal Flow Immersion ended yesterday, I felt a little low. A quiet sadness had crept in, along with the question, How does one return to “ordinary life” after experiencing something so expansive and transformative? But I didn’t need to worry. The universe has been sending me signs all morning, and more importantly, I can feel the shift within me. I know now that this is only the beginning.

A Journey I Never Expected.

I could never have imagined the depth of transformation these past 7 days would bring. It has been a powerful blend of Spiritual Awakenings, Emotional Release, Deep Healing, and literal Physical Shifts within my body.

So I’ve decided to share my journey - day by day - from this Spinal Flow Immersion in Barcelona, April 2025.

An Invitation Into My Experience.

Some of you may resonate, and some may not. But that’s okay. No two people experience reality in the same way. This is simply my story, an offering to anyone curious about the unexpected and extraordinary ways life moves us as humans in this vast, mysterious universe.

So as I sit here, I wonder how much of this experience I should share. But even in asking the question, I already know the answer. By writing this, openly and honestly, I am allowing myself to be seen. To be vulnerable. To honour the version of me that no longer wants to hide. This immersion was a catalyst. A portal. And I’ve stepped through it.

There is no going back. Only forward. The person who stepped into the first day of this Immersion, is a version of me that I honour with deep love and respect, but she is no longer in my present self.

Sharing this journey is a challenge, it’s not easy for me to open my heart in this way. But I know it’s important. 

A Note of Gratitude.

Before I begin sharing the details of each day, I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to the incredible souls I met during this Immersion. And to Dr. Carli, who created this powerful modality, and her amazing team for guiding us.

This was more than just a training, it was a gathering of hearts. People from all walks of life, all ages and backgrounds, came together with a shared intention to heal, to learn, and to expand. I had meaningful conversations that wandered into the universe and back again. I witnessed vulnerability, wisdom, humour, synchronicity, and deep connection, sometimes all within the same session or conversation.

There were moments where the energy between us felt divinely orchestrated, as if we were meant to be paired with certain people at just the right time. Whether we were practicing, observing, filming our assessments, or simply sitting side by side in quiet reflection, I was held, supported, and seen. And for this I am grateful! 

So if you were part of this journey, your presence made a difference. And I carry the imprint of this shared experience with so much love.
