A private breathwork session is a deeply personal and immersive experience, tailored to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, working through emotional blocks or trauma, or stepping into a greater sense of self-empowerment, this session is designed specifically for you.
Through Conscious Connected Breathing, you will be guided into a profound state of awareness, awakening your inner tools for personal empowerment and healing. Breathwork has the power to dissolve resistance, release stored emotions, and help you reclaim a lighter, more authentic version of yourself.
What to Expect During Your Session:
- Opening Conversation – We begin by checking in on your well-being, discussing your goals, and setting an intention for the session.
- Guided Preparation – Before diving into the main breathwork cycles, you’ll be led through a somatic meditation with grounding breathing techniques to help you feel safe, present, and attuned to your body.
- Breathwork Journey – You will be guided through a powerful cyclical breathing technique, Conscious Connected Breathing, allowing energy to move freely and emotions to surface in a safe and supported space.
- Integration & Healing – After the breathwork we hold space for a meditation and rest to integrate your experience. If you choose, Energy Healing is infused in the meditation to further support your process and assist with "energetic maintenance" in your field.

Whatever arises, trust that it is exactly what you are ready to meet. Breathwork is not about forcing healing, it’s about allowing your body to process and release at its own pace. Transformation happens in layers, and your nervous system will only reveal what you are capable of integrating.
This is why one session may open a doorway, but true shifts often unfold over time. We encourage multiple sessions to support your body in releasing deeply held patterns, rewiring emotional responses, and building a foundation of lasting change.

Prior to attending a breathwork session, all participants must read and sign a waiver to ensure understanding of the practice and to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
Breathwork can be a powerful and transformative experience, and while it is generally safe, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any concerns regarding pre-existing medical conditions—such as respiratory, cardiovascular, or neurological conditions, high blood pressure, or a history of trauma-related responses—please consult with your medical practitioner before booking a session. By participating, you acknowledge that you are taking full responsibility for your own well-being during and after the session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled session, and in such cases, a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time are non-refundable.
We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or in the event of a no-show. If we need to cancel your session, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
